Pawneet Abramowski
Pawneet Abramowski founded PARC Solutions on a belief that has guided her entire career: that the most important thing an institution can do when facing regulatory scrutiny, structural change, or high-stakes decisions is get independent, honest clarity before it moves.
Her advisory work spans financial institutions, fintech and technology-enabled platforms, and cross-border operations with a focus on governance design, program effectiveness, regulatory alignment, and financial crime risk. Her practice has expanded to include national security compliance and OFAC sanctions governance, areas where geopolitical risk and enforcement priorities have shifted materially and where board-level oversight structures have not kept pace.
Prior to founding PARC Solutions, Pawneet built her expertise across law enforcement, government, and financial services a foundation that informs both the rigor and the practical judgment she brings to every engagement.
She founded PARC to do one thing well: provide the kind of independent advisory that boards and executive teams can actually defend — to regulators, to investors, and to themselves.

Pawneet advises at the board and C-suite level. Engagements are selective.
